       In 2007, the Academy of Đại-Việt Medieval Martial Arts (Học-Viện Võ-Thuật Trung-Cổ Đại-Việt) was founded.

       And in the year of 2012 the WEBsite : http://www.votran-daiviet.org was opened for presenting the Martial Arts on Foot Fighting and on Horseback Fighting according to the ancient Tradition of Battlefields Martial Arts from Đại-Việt.

 

The Teaching ang Training Programme :

       For fulfiling the meeting between the Traditional Martial Arts and the Đại-Việt's History, our teaching and training programme includes four parts inspired by the «Rules of Ðại-Việt Medieval Military Examination» from LÝ Dynasty (1010-1225) and TRẦN Dynasty (1225-1413), above all from Posteriors-LÊ Dynasty, in the times of Lord Trịnh-Giang (1729-1740) :

       Part IV : Armoured Medieval Tournament Art (Phi-Giáp Tranh-Phong Thuật - 披 甲 爭 鋒 術)

       With these four parts mentioned previously concerning Medieval Martial Arts, Equestrian Art, Medieval Archery and Armoured Medieval Tournament Art, we intend to restore partly the Battle Fields Martial Arts from medieval times inherent in Đại-Việt's culture and whom the name declared Võ-Trận Đại-Việt demands an authentique and concrete realization in a mind of self-respect and responsibility.
